Threshold Festival of Music & Arts is an annual 3 day event which takes place in Liverpool. The focus of the festival is collaboration, grass-roots music, first view visual arts and innovative performance. Established in 2011, Threshold is dedicated to artist development and driving forward the music and arts industry. Among the artists performing at this year's event is HANNAH PEEL.
Silicon Dreams Festival and AnalogueTrash are also collaborating to curate a stage at Threshold Festival and will be hosting a selection of specially selected alternative electronic bands and artists for the 1st April event.
GOTEKI write songs about murdering strippers, dying and dreaming of stars, robot geishas and alien invasions. Their joyously disparate lyrics are set to a backdrop of electronic music fused with a love of other genres. The big crunchy beats and seering arpeggios pulse with blues, motown, country, pop, hip hop and whatever else feels right at the time.
CAROLINE McLAVY emerged with electropop album Electrostatic which deals with relationship issues, social anxiety, dancing and depression.
